The vaping brand Juul can continue selling regular and menthol e-cigarettes after a July decision from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). According to CNN Health, the FDA ruled in Juul's favor after the company presented studies that it says indicate that vaping is less harmful than regular tobacco cigarettes for adult smokers. Juul is now one of just a handful of e-cigarette makers with FDA approval.
