Good neighbors everywhere keep their eyes on the neighborhood, but they aren't nosy neighbors. If you regularly see a lot of traffic in and out of an apartment, take some notes about when it happens. Even take down license plates. That information might be helpful if there is criminal activity.
If you see people in a vacant apartment or if you see strange cars in the area that slow down in front of an apartment, you can report this.
If you are not sure the activity is suspicious, call the apartment office.
