The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will allow Juul Labs' vaping products to remain on the market for now, according to the New York Times. The reprieve comes after the FDA ordered Juul to stop selling its vaping products in the U.S. on June 23. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit issued an administrative stay of the order the following day. The FDA has announced that it will conduct an internal review of the initial ban, and stipulated that the order had only been paused — not rescinded.
