Fasting isn’t right for everyone

Fasting has a lifestyle focus, rather than a dietary focus. If you don't like breakfast and you don't feel hungry in the morning, you shouldn't force yourself to eat breakfast just because it is supposed to be healthy, according to Healthline.

But some people should not try fasting, especially without consulting a doctor. They include:

* Pregnant and breastfeeding women.

* Diabetics and people with blood sugar regulation.

* People who are underweight.

* People with a history of eating disorders.

* People with low blood pressure.

* Any person with a serious or chronic illness should consult a doctor.

* Women with fertility problems.
