For 24 mini-sandwiches, use two packages of Hawaiian dinner rolls and any meat and cheese you want.
Here's the trick to doing it fast: Remove the rolls from the package without breaking them apart. Cut the top off the block of rolls. Place bottoms in oven-safe pans (13 x 9 inch pans work well). Place a layer of meat over the bottom halves of the rolls and add a layer of cheese on top.
If you want to serve them hot, cover pans with foil and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are heated through.
Add a special sauce, if you want: Melt a stick of butter and mix with a tablespoon of Dijon mustard. You can drizzle the mixture lightly over the bottoms before you put on the fillings. Optionally, add a teaspoon of toasted poppy seeds to the sauce and brush the tops of the rolls.
