Terrorism has slowed travel growth to Western Europe, but tourists are still traveling, according to the United Nations World Tourism Organization.
Europe overall boasted 6 percent growth in travel. Western Europe saw only a .1 percent rise.
Travelers headed to Northern Europe in droves. In 2015, tourism rose about 5 percent. In the first quarter of 2016, it rose more than 9 percent.
