Get colorful with food

There is one easy ways to get more nutrients into your diet: Look for color. The more colorful your plate, the more nutritious it is likely to be.

* Take a sandwich. Add three tomato slices and two lettuce leaves.

* Have sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes once a week. They're a nutrient bonanza.

* Bring an orange, an apple or a banana for break time even if you eat some potato chips, too.

* Put both an orange and a green vegetable on your dinner plate. It will look good and taste good.
