Try this easy peppermint mimosa for six. Get a bottle of dry sparkling wine and six ounces of peppermint schnapps. In each champagne flute, pour an ounce of the schnapps and fill up with sparkling wine. Serve with a full-sized candy cane. You can also spiff up the presentation by coating the rims with melted chocolate and chunks of peppermint stick.
