Coming in April 2022, the Celebrity Beyond is being advertised as the next step in luxury cruising.
The $900 million ship has space for 3,290 passengers, an increase cabins, with more length and width overall than the Celebrity Edge and Apex ships.
The suites on the Beyond go the extra mile in luxury, with larger resort areas and sun decks. Expect to pay more than $6,000 to $7,000 per person — depending on the itinerary — for suites. Some feature floor-to-ceiling windows. At the lower end, inside rooms are about $2,500 per person.
Suite class guests may dine on the rooftop garden deck or at Le Voyage, a new restaurant with dining cocoons.
At the extreme end of luxury, the new two-story villas blend indoor and outdoor spaces and feature a plunge pool and private terrace. They have one bedroom and two bathrooms, for a total of more than 900 square feet of space. Pricing was not available, but Iconic class suites (also available on the Beyond) range from $20,000 to $40,000 per person.
