Show off that grill

A dentist in Minnesota just installed the world's largest dental crown in the mouth of an 8-foot-tall patient: The Alaska brown bear known as Tundra.

Veterinary dentist Dr. Grace Brown performed the world's first bear crown procedure in June after Tundra's canine tooth was injured. Tundra and his sibling Banks have been residents at the Lake Superior Zoo in northeastern Minnesota for six years, ever since their mother was killed.

Large brown bears have canines that are up to 4 inches long, making this titanium alloy crown, the largest ever made. It was made by Creature Crowns in Idaho.

Tundra has recovered nicely and is eating normally.
