Save and sleep better

Everyone knows that financial trouble can make you lose sleep, but a recent study suggests that saving money does the opposite.

According to a report from the University of Bristol (U.K.) personal finance research center, people who save money sleep better, are more optimistic, and feel more satisfied with their lives.

As reported at Money.com, the study found that income or the amount saved didn't make much of a difference. Just having something saved can improve overall well-being.
