The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has granted fast-track designation to a new therapy for aggressive ovarian, fallopian tube, and peritoneal cancer, according to Targeted Oncology. Developed by the Chinese firm RemeGen, RC88 is designed for patients with treatment-resistant cancers and poor prognoses. Phase 2 clinical trials are slated to begin soon.
