Luckily the bags can replace things you might buy, or just be handy to…
* Pick up icky things. Use two; they are cheap.
* Line the cat box.
* Line small trash cans. Put a bunch underneath the liner so you have them handy.
* Prevent stuff from leaking in a suitcase.
* Multiple pets? Tie up empty food cans in plastic bags before you trash them to prevent odor and insects.
* Wrap rearview mirrors and wiper blades to prevent icing.
