Instead of using fancy gift wrap storage tubes, professional organizers recommend something much simpler:
Trash cans.
Use a tall trash can for all wrapping and bows and the materials will stay fresh and largely unwrinkled.
Fancy storage tubes are often expensive and it can be hard to get the wrapping in them. So the paper gets wrinkled and torn anyway.
