In March, a suspect who allegedly ran a ring of child pornography sites was extradicted to the U.S., thanks to a browser hack by the FBI in 2013.
According to KrebsOnSecurity, The FBI says the suspect ran the world's largest child porn sites, hidden on the Dark Web, where violent photos of pre-pubescent children were posted.
The suspect, who holds dual U.S. and Irish citizenship, was held without bond in Ireland for six years while he appealed his extradition.
