Don't tell on Facebook

* Your name, phone numbers or home address. You can make those things accessible to your friends only.

* Anything work-related or the name of your employer or former employer. If you must post a former employer, make sure you know personally the people you choose as friends.

* Your relationship status, which can attract cyberstalkers.

* Credit information. Open Facebook, click the upside-down triangle in the top right corner and choose "Settings." In the left column, select "Payments." Then select "Account Settings" to remove information.

* Is your pet's name part of your password? If so, change your password. If you don't want to change your password, never post the pet's name under any circumstances.
