Poultry giant Perdue Foods has recalled more than 167,000 pounds of frozen chicken products after learning that the meat may have been contaminated with metal during the manufacturing process. According to CNN, all affected products have a best-by date of March 23, 2025 and include 22-ounce packages of Perdue Simply Smart Organics Breaded Chicken Breast Nuggets, 29-ounce packages of Perdue Chicken Breast Tenders, and 22-ounce packages of Butcherbox Organic Chicken Breast Nuggets. Consumers who purchased these products should throw them away or return them.
